Overview
Creati-Bot ("we", "us") powers creator communities for brands on Discord. This policy explains what data we collect through our Discord application and admin console, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Discord account data: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and server membership where the bot is installed.
- Community activity: role assignments, access status, post activity signals, and product sampling requests you submit through the bot.
- Campaign data: creator registration and GMV figures provided through our integration with Growi for reward and access decisions.
How we use information
We use this data solely to operate the service: granting and revoking community access, awarding GMV-based roles, sending activity reminders, and fulfilling product sampling requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing
We share data only with the brand operating the community you join, and with service providers that help us run the platform (Discord, Growi, and our hosting and database providers). These parties process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data retention
We retain community and activity data for as long as the bot is active in your server, or until a brand or creator requests deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Removing the bot from a server stops further data collection for that server.
