Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Creati-Bot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Creati-Bot helps brands run creator communities on Discord — managing trial access, campaign-based access retention, GMV reward roles, activity reminders, and product sampling. Features may change over time.
Eligibility & accounts
You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Brand operators are responsible for the conduct of their community and for the accuracy of campaign data they provide.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not misrepresent GMV, registration, or activity data to obtain rewards.
Rewards & access
Access roles and GMV-based rewards are granted automatically based on data from Discord and Growi. We are not liable for rewards withheld due to inaccurate or unavailable data.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.
